3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement: • A deposit is required before work begins • Final payment is due upon project completion • Late payments may incur additional fees • All prices are in SEK unless otherwise stated
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide timely feedback and approvals • Supply necessary content, assets, and access • Ensure you have rights to all provided materials • Maintain confidentiality of project details
6. Warranties and Limitations
We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. We do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination: • You pay for all work completed to date • We deliver all completed work • Any deposits may be non-refundable depending on work completed
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
